On the whole we find that our customers like the transparency in the way we charge and it is important to us that our clients know how much we’re going to charge them before we come round.

Our Hourly Rate Explained

For the smaller jobs we believe that working on an hourly rate is the most cost-effective and straight forward way for us to deal with your plumbing request.

We keep our vans stocked with the most popular domestic plumbing spares which allows us to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently, in most cases with one visit.

It is always our goal to act proactively and provide a permanent repair in one visit if we are replacing parts.

In some cases this is just not possible if parts or products need to be ordered but in the main we do achieve this.

In turn this system keeps our overheads down by reducing the time we spend shopping for spares and our customers are happy because your bill is sensible and all of our time charged has been spent dealing with your plumbing job.

Small Job Charges

For all small jobs (categories of these are shown below and how they would be prioritized) you will always be charged a minimum of 1 hours labour and this varies depending on your postcode. The further away you are from us the more expensive it is. Then after the first hour, unless you would like us to put a fixed price on the job, it continues on a ½ hourly rate which is always ½ the cost of the first hours labour until the job is completed. ½ hours always roll over to the next 30 min period.

Example: Fixing a leaking overflow in Bromley taking 1 hour 20mins would be charged at local rate of £75 minimum plus £37.50 for the ½ hour + Vat.

These labour prices do not include materials but we will always tell you what parts are required and how much they are before proceeding.

These prices are only relevant to small works (hourly rate). If your postcode isn’t shown here it doesn’t mean we won’t cover your area for installation work or any of the other services we provide.

At present we do not offer a guaranteed 24 hour service however we do have a standby engineer on call most of the time. If your call is not of an urgent nature we would advise using the contact form and you will get a response within 24 hours during the week, or Monday if the enquiry is sent over the weekend.

All prices are subject to VAT at 20% and do not include materials.
All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months
Any quotes given are valid for 3 months.

Combination boiler fault finding and diagnosis cannot be covered under the free estimate system as this is a skilled service, please use the prices above for this.

We use the Square platform for processing card payments to ensure your security whilst money is changing hands.

We do not share, or in any way store your card details when taking card payments over the phone

This is why we will always recommend one of their products and get you the best possible deal.

At present we are offering very competitive 5, 7 and 9 year warranties depending on the model you choose.

Although we recommend these particular manufacturers, we won’t turn our noses up if you have chosen to fit another brand through recommendation or past experience.
