TRADESMEN ON TIME
Two hour time windows are provided for all appointments, so your time isn’t wasted waiting around In limbo land. If our engineer is running outside the specified time window for any reason we will call you in advance.

PROPER AFTER CARE
We love your repeat business, but to achieve this we know we have to go the extra mile sometimes. What happens after the event is just as important as the job itself that’s why we will always honour our one year workmanship warranty, alongside boiler manufactures warranties of up to 13 years!
We are totally upfront about what we charge. A minimum charge applies for urgent work, quoted over the phone at the appointment stage. All medium and large works include a free home consultation followed by an instant verbal quotation followed by a detailed email breakdown. Strictly no hard selling.
As part of the vetting process to become a Cloverleaf engineer, DBS checks are carried out at interview stage to check for a criminal past. This gives you peace of mind, but is also an internal requirement for us as a company due to our working relationships with schools, care homes and vulnerable people.
