1. Boiler Breakdowns and Repairs
We carry out breakdown work on all makes of domestic and light commercial boilers.
There is nothing worse than waking up to find out you have no hot water or heating in the middle of winter. That’s where we come in, our aim is to rectify the fault as quickly as possible. If un-stocked parts are required we’ll go out of our way to source the necessary part and continue the same day until we get you up and running again. We do not charge a call out fee, we only charge for the time we are there, which is calculated on an hourly rate and your postcode area. If the boiler is beyond economical repair, we’ll treat the visit as a free estimate and not charge you for coming out.

2. Efficiency Upgrades and Boiler exchanges
As a rule the older the boiler is, the less efficient it is. Back boilers for instance are the worst offenders - converting less than 70% of the gas burnt into useful hot water or heating. The rest goes straight up the chimney!

3. Servicing
Whether we installed your boiler or not, we would still love to have you as a servicing customer.
Our servicing is not an insurance policy where there is a monthly fee and when something goes wrong you find out you're not covered for that particular item for whatever reason! Every heating engineer has a different idea as to what a proper service is!
Our boiler servicing works on a preventative maintenance method as we feel that this makes more sense than a half-hearted look around and then waiting for something to go wrong. We'll go out of our way to check every part of your heating system and look for and advise you on potential weak points which could cause problems later. Every central heating system needs a little TLC in different areas to get you through to the next service without a breakdown. We feel that our central heating 'MOT' is a much more common sense approach to servicing rather than waiting for something to break down and possibly cause more damage to the appliance and more stress for you.
