COMPANY CHARGES
For the smaller 'call out' type jobs we believe that working on an hourly rate is the most cost effective and straight forward way for us to deal
with your problem. We keep our vans stocked with the most popular parts which allows us to rectify the problem as efficiently as possible.
If we can carry out the job in one visit, it means it costs us less in diesel and time and we can therefore keep the cost to you down and provide a value for money service.
For example; It would not make sense for us to carry out a free estimate to repair a leaking toilet because you would want it fixed so why not let us turn up and fix it there and then.
For all small jobs (examples of these are shown below and how they would be prioritized) you will always be charged a minimum of 1 hours labour and this varies depending on your postcode. The further away you are from us the more expensive it is. Then after the first hour, unless you would like us to put a fixed price on the job, it continues on a ½ hourly rate which is always ½ the cost of the first hours labour until the job is completed.
½ hours always roll over to the next 30 min period. For example: Fixing a leaking overflow in Bromley taking 1 hour 20mins would be charged at local rate of £60 minimum plus £30 for the ½ hour + Vat.
These are labour prices and do not include materials but we will always tell you what parts are required and how much they are before proceeding.

At present we do not offer a guaranteed 24 hour service but would recommend calling us anyway out of hours as we do have a standby engineer on call most of the time. If your call is not of an urgent nature we would advise e-mailing us via the 'contact us' page and we will respond during the next working day.
All prices are subject to VAT at 20 % and do not include materials.
All our workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months and any quotes given are valid for three months.
Please note this rate card is not applicable to medium to large works which we are happy to provide a consultation and written quotation free of charge to your home in any of the postcode areas listed above.
Please note combination boiler fault finding and diagnosis can not be covered under the free estimate system as this is a skilled service, please use the rate card for this.
