It is a legal requirement for all Landlords to have annual gas safety inspections and certification carried out on any rental property. This is to protect the tenant from exposure to unsafe situations and to enforce the Landlord’s responsibility and accountability for the safety of the tenant(s).
As a Gas Safe registered company we can act on your behalf to carry out this inspection and issue a certificate. All our Gas Safe engineers are competent to work on all types of domestic gas appliances.
We can also look after all the plumbing and heating maintenance aspects of your property to take the stress and worry out of it for you.

Once we have you on board as a client and have all the property details we’ll contact the tenant on your behalf to gain access and carry out the necessary work and report back to you.

The charges for this are based on our hourly rate method and your postcode which is explained on our 'company charges' page. As long as no remedial works are necessary, Landlord Gas Safety certificates rarely take more than one hours work.
